DESCRIPTION:The last Sunday shopping event of the year\, the October Market\, is always crowned by a very special highlight in Kirchheimbolanden: the “Suppenlative”. With musical accompaniment by Kalli Koppold. 18 different soups\, mainly cooked by our local restaurateurs\, will be offered this year. The aim is to prepare 600 liters of soup\, so that even latecomers can get some. Due to high demand last year\, 600 freshly baked “Dampfnudeln” will also be offered this year. With a salty\, crispy crust – delicious with soup. Also available with vanilla sauce upon request. The soup tent at Römerplatz opens between 11:30 AM and 12:00 PM\, and advance sales for soup vouchers begin as early as 9:30 AM.        \nIn the Old Town\, around Römerplatz\, direct marketers\, farmers\, artisans\, associations\, and many others will present their offerings at numerous stalls starting at 11:00 AM\, all in the spirit of regionality and sustainability. For those who don’t like soup\, there are numerous stalls with various delicacies. The “Grün-Weiß” Dance Sports Club will treat you at Römerplatz with hot coffee\, homemade cakes\, delicious crêpes\, and “Spundekäs” with pretzels.   \nEnjoy a wonderful day for the whole family in the “Little Residence”! Of course\, you can park for free in Kibo; the parking garage is accessible from below. The upper entrance is closed due to the exhibitors.
